AB&C Rice Cakes
This is a really filling snack.

2 Plain, Unsalted Brown Rice Cakes
1 Tbs Raw, Unsalted Almond Butter (or nut butter of your choice)
¼ cup Fat Free Plain Cottage Cheese

Take two rice cakes and spread a very thin layer (1.5 tsp) of Almond Butter across each top.
Place 1/8 cup of Cottage Cheese on each cake.

Optional: Sprinkle with cinnamon for more flavor.

Healthful Tip: These ingredients have to be carefully measured. Otherwise you run the risk of tipping over 200 calories.

If taking these cakes on-the-go, simply put almond butter on rice cakes in advance and place the 2 cakes together like a sandwich. Put cottage cheese in a separate small container. When ready to eat, separate cakes and top with cottage cheese.
