With Thanksgiving less than 24 hours away, now is a great time to think about all the things you are grateful for. I am grateful to you, my wonderful clients and subscribers, who allow my words to enter your home every week.

As we move closer to our incredible feasts with friends and family, some of you may feel anxiety about losing control of the eating situation. Remember, this is a holiday and celebration, so I am offering you some perspective when it comes to food and life.

Be Grateful That:

You can feed your body what it wants
You can enjoy the culinary creations of loving hands
You can taste delight
You can share food and break bread
You have the ability to stop when you have had enough
You have the gift of forgiveness if you have gone too far
You will always have another day to make things right
There is food and friends and family
There is love, laughter and connection
There are so many ways to feed the soul
Life was meant to be enjoyed, one bite at a time

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.
Annette ~
