My sister is my idol when it comes to food.

Her ingredients are always fresh and healthy.

But most importantly, she has four kids who love to eat clean as well.

I take all my food cues from her.

Here is a delicious grab-and-go breakfast that her boys enjoy most mornings.

Serving it up in a canning jar makes it perfectly portion-controlled and environmentally friendly!

Breakfast Parfait

There is no measuring in this recipe. Keep it simple; add what you enjoy.

Fresh or frozen fruit
Unsweetened plain Greek yogurt
Sliced almonds
Ground flax
Drizzle of maple syrup

Layer all ingredients.
