Chocolate Hazelnut Banana Shake

I have a few new food favs this year. Plain low-fat kefir – a creamy, rich probiotic…and chocolate hazelnut butter.  So I combined them into a rich chocolaty shake that you can bring on the go.

Chocolate Hazelnut Banana Shake
serves 2

1 banana (frozen is nice if you have one in the freezer)
1 cup plain low-fat Kefir
2 TBL. Chocolate Hazelnut Butter
2 TBL. Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. honey
4 ice cubes

Place all the ingredients into the blender…Puree and enjoy!!
