Clear Goals Equal Big Changes

When it comes to weight loss, you have everything inside of you to be successful.

So why aren’t you?

Why do you feel like you are spinning your wheels, making ruts so deep you’ll never get out?

Because you have no goal and no destination to arrive at.

Goals have clarity and momentum. They breathe life into your soul, give you purpose, and a sense of direction.

When you say, “But I want to lose weight more than you’ll ever know;” that’s a wish or desire. Not a goal.

Now desire is a good thing, and a great starting point, but it’s like wanting to visit a house in Chicago without an address. Hoping is just not going to get you there.

Where do you want to end up at the end of your journey? Because it doesn’t matter where you are coming from, but where you are headed and what you will become.

The main determinant of your success is your ability to make crystal-clear goals.

So cut through the fears and failures, the past and the present; because tomorrow has yet to unfold.

You do have control of your destiny. It’s in your hands, and your heart, and your head.

Everything you need to be successful is inside of you. Now get it out.

Answer these three questions:

Where are you headed? (Destination – who you will become?)

How will you get there? (Address – what steps will you take?)

What price are you willing to pay to get what you want? Nothing comes free, but some things are priceless (and worth the effort).

Write your answers down.

Now with your goals in hand, be single-minded in achieving them. Every action, every thought and every bite must be in total alignment.

With clarity comes movement. Get ready.

You have no idea how much potential you have.

“Success is goals and all else is commentary.” ~ Brian Tracy
