Drink More (Water)
By Annette Alfieri · July 24, 2012 · Dieting Health Healthy Eating Nutrition Psychology of Eating Uncategorized Weight Loss · 3 CommentsStaying fully hydrated is an easy thing you can do to lose weight. What’s not easy is getting those 8 – 10 glasses of water down. This week I have put together my first ever video to show you how I get all the water I need throughout the day. This is a quick trick to help you keep track of how much you are drinking, and to stay interested when just plain aqua doesn’t tickle the taste buds.

Another easy tip is to drink two large glasses of pure, spring water as soon as you wake up. This helps to flush toxins out, and makes your body more efficient in burning calories.
If you have your own way of getting your daily water in, leave a comment below. I would love to hear about it.
In the meantime, quench up!
I add cranberry or blueberry/cranberry blend to water to make it tasty and satisfying. I use 4oz juice to 28 oz water. Two of those a day and I get the 64 oz needed to stay hydrated. I also start each day with a mug of lemon water.
What a great idea. Loved the video. Please do more and keep the helpful tips coming.
