Living With Your Thoughts

Can you imagine being the worldwide authority on a certain subject? You are. No one knows you better than you.

This week is a vacation week for many and it is a perfect time to sit, relax and listen to what your inner voice is telling you. Sometimes the answer to what we really need, is inside. It is up to you if you choose to listen.

Every now and then, take a few moments “to live with your thoughts.” Sometimes the reasons we eat too much, don’t exercise, or feel frustrated, is because we have turned away from what the body is telling us. It could be saying that you are tired and need a break, that you have too many things on your plate and have to pare down and focus, that you have not been eating well, or taking care of yourself, etc.  Or, it may just want to remind you how great life is.  Either way, if you do not listen, you cannot hear.

We all carry within us an infinite wisdom. Instead of frantically searching elsewhere for the answers you need, look inside. When you quiet the mind, the heart and the soul, there is a sound within the silence. You.
