My 2-1/2 Year Old Burger Can Help You Lose Weight

A few years ago (2.5 to be exact) I started an interesting experiment. I wanted to see what would happen to a McDonald’s cheeseburger if I just let it sit for a while in my cabinet. What I found out, was pretty astounding.

This is a perfect example of “you are what you eat”. You have to know what you are putting in your body at all times. In the game of weight loss, ignorance is never bliss. I hope my little test makes you think twice about grabbing something fast and cheap.
