This quick and easy recipe is my go to pre-workout snack. However, you can enjoy it any time of day.
It’s tasty and satisfying, with tons of protein to build those muscles!
PB Pudding Snack
1 small container of plain, fat-free or 2% Greek Yogurt (I like Fage)
1 Tbs of creamy Peanut Butter (I like Trader Joe’s Organic Creamy Peanut Butter)
1 sprinkle of raw Cacao Nibs (optional)
Open your container of yogurt and stir in 1 Tbs of pb until completely smooth and blended. It will have the consistency of pudding. (If your peanut butter is not soft enough to stir, heat it in the micro for a few seconds just to soften.) Sprinkle with cacao nibs for some extra antioxidants and a satisfying crunch. Enjoy!
