I love wraps, as a light lunch or an alternative for a healthy snack.
This wrap includes all the healthy and delicious flavors of the end of summer.
Super easy and amazingly tasty.
2 Romaine leaves
2 Slices of deli turkey, ham, or shredded tuna (any protein that you like)
2 medium tomatoes sliced
1 oz. goat cheese ( or any of your favorite)
drizzle of Extra virgin olive oil
2 leaves of fresh basil torn
salt and pepper to your taste
Place romaine leaves on a plate. Top with your protein (ham, turkey, tuna etc,). Add tomato, drizzle with oil, salt, pepper and finish with cheese and basil.
