The Magic Pill

Is there really a magic pill? “Is there anything that I can take that will make losing weight easier?” I get asked this all the time; especially when a new drug hits the market. The reality is this; if there was something out there that really worked, we’d all be taking it— and obesity would no longer be at epic proportions. So sadly, there is no magic pill, as there is no free lunch. However, in order to be successful in the weight loss game there are a few “pills” you have to swallow.¬† And here they are:

  • exercise
  • awareness
  • accountability
  • belief
  • motivation
  • direction
  • resolve
  • perseverance
  • confidence
  • patience¬†
