This or That?

So many of us just settle for a life that is less-than-perfect; jobs we don’t like, relationships that don’t make us happy and bodies we don’t feel good in. So much unfulfilled potential. Life is hard and we are not willing to do the work that is required to get the results we want, so we end up with “good enough” or even less.  Nike had it right when they said, Just Do It. They could have said stop complaining, stop analyzing, stop crying, stop rationalizing— because in the end, you just have to do it if you want to realize your dreams.

What does this have to do with weight loss? Everything—we eat how we live. In life, as in food, we have a choice. We always have a choice. We may not like the choices, but we still have them. What do you choose? Do you choose to succeed? Or stay exactly where you are? The choice is yours.
