Trust Yourself

People have lost their ability to trust themselves. Perhaps it comes from a fear of failing again, or not having the right information, or feeling insecure; but trust is a very powerful thing. Without it, you cannot be successful. You have to believe in yourself and your abilities in order to facilitate change. I know you have what it takes, but here is a little reminder.
Trust:
That you can be successful
That the body will follow
That you know more than you think you know
That you know when you are eating well and when you are not
That you can stop when you are satiated
That you will not starve before the next meal
That your taste buds will change
That the food will be there the next day for you to enjoy
That tomorrow is another day
That your outlook on life will change
That you can be the person you have always wanted to be
That you can succeed beyond your wildest imagination
You see, I believe in you. Now you have to believe in yourself. Trust me on this one.
